One pane of glass for a payments platform
I moved monitoring and logging for a real-time transit ticketing platform into one central observability stack. Cloud and on-prem environments are now visible in one place, and the on-call engineer gets fewer false alarms.
OTT streaming · 300K+ subscribers
300+ servers, one command
I automated server provisioning across 300+ bare-metal servers in four data centres. What used to be hours of manual setup per deployment became a single automated run, with identical environments at every site. I also led the full technical launch of the service in a new market, from empty racks to production.

Releases without infrastructure tickets
I built zero-touch CI/CD pipelines so feature teams can ship on their own, with no manual deployment steps and no waiting on an administrator. Environments are defined as infrastructure as code, so they stay reproducible.
Kubernetes · built from scratch
A Kubernetes platform from scratch
I designed and built a Kubernetes architecture from scratch: isolated environments, autoscaling (pods and nodes), resource requests and limits, health probes, and rolling updates with no downtime. Everything is defined as code and version-controlled, so environments come up without manual steps.

How do we start?

Do you work remotely?
Yes, most of the work happens remotely. For companies around Kranj and Ljubljana I'm also available on site by arrangement.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Size doesn't matter. I've worked with startups and with large organisations. Most often I help teams that need an experienced DevOps engineer but don't want to hire one full-time.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope and duration, but the baseline is simple: an hourly rate from €80/h + VAT or a fixed project price. After the intro call and assessment you get a clear quote.
Which technologies do you cover?
Mostly open-source tools such as Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible, in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner) or on your own physical servers. I write scripts and smaller tools in Python, Rust and Bash. If you use something else, I adapt quickly.
